Mount USB Drive

Hello im triying to mount a 4TB my book WD trougth usb, but i cant, they renococe the unit, the status, the format but cant mount the drive, please help me!

i try to mount through ssh using root user, but i can't

You better know your TNAS model number, and check the official site on the spec for the compatibility of external drive.
If your external drive format does not match the spec, you have to reformat it.

To log in through SSH, you need to use the root user, whose password is the same as the admin password, and use the mount command。

My TNAS is the F2-210
there are the specs

can't see any size limits on the USB Storage
i don't understand why i cannot mount this drive, when a week ago i can!, on the desktop computer any problem but in the tnas i cant! like i show in the pictures.

i use the root user to connect trought SSH and i try to mount the drive but i cant see in TOS Browser, if someone here have some idea...

what format is your USB drive? NTFS?

Please only format your USB drive with Windows tools or MAC disk utility, third party format tools
make lead to file system compatibilty issue.

Backup your data, and reformat on your windows PC or MAC. and try again.
