Hi, there is a way to share a USB hard drive with a f2-210 for no administrator accounts? I read another thread where the answer was no, but i tried to mount from ssh the hard drive and in certain cases it works. I wasn’t a able to manage permissions but theoretically it’s possible. However, with the application “Web Server” tnas can share usb devices? My TOS doesn’t show web server application icon (after rebooting several times and clicking a ton “send to desktop” button) so I’m trying a clean reset of disks and OS.
Thanks
Share USB devices
Re: Share USB devices
Hello,
Can you see the desktop icons after uninstalling the web server and reinstalling it?
Do you want to view USB devices through other accounts? The web server does not support direct selection of USB shared folders.
You can enable the webdav service, and then select usbshare1 in the shared folder of the control panel, set the webdav permissions of other accounts. Then use other users to log in to transfer files on the WinSCP software. Or use RaiDrive to map usbshare1 to the computer and transfer files.
