suggestion:
a new button to export as a detailed list could be a solution (or another tab with a textbox)
That sounds like a great idea. Thanks for the suggestion!

Your issue may require our engineers to conduct remote troubleshooting in order to accurately identify the cause. For this, we recommend that you schedule remote technical support as follows:

Please visit our official website and contact Online Support (LiveChat) to make an appointment.

When communicating, please also provide the forum link or the page link with your issue details to the support staff.

Our support team will coordinate with the engineers and arrange a suitable time with you for remote assistance.
I tried to organise with the live chat to have a remote session but they advised me the 'other' may include some personal data and a more detailed way to view what's included in 'other' will be coming in the future, is this true?

Also if the 'other' folder includes personal data why wouldn't it just be included in the shared folder? And would you recommend a better way to see the entire drive in a file manager instead of just through the shared folder?
