SMB service needs to be re-enabled.
And please input net use /del * to delete the remembered credentials of other users.

SMB guest access works for Windows client: all good.
Now SMB guest access does not work from Mac client (Finder command-K and connect to smb://mynasIP/share)
It turn-our that Mac SMB implementation have some requirements on smb.conf to operate smoothly.
Not sure NAS's baseline /etc/samba/smb-extend.conf has them all right.
Since SMB is now the way forward on macos (as AFP becomes defunct), it would be highly appreciated macos clients are tested on SMB sharing.
