Slower Transfer Speeds

I just got my F4-210 yesterday and installed 2 12TB WD Red drives. Initially I was getting speeds in the 100-115 range, but today I'm only getting 11 max. After bypassing my gigabit network switch, it was able to get up to 40, but not to that 100 range again. I didn't change any network settings. Is there anything I can do to improve this speed?
