This randomly just started just now after it was working perfectly fine earlier today. as shown in the picture my NAS does have files and folders in it. but Windows explorer doesn't see them, and says that there are no files/folders in my NAS at all

I have tried rebooting my NAS and rebooting my PC as well. but still showing the same
