Suddenly I can no longer sftp into my NAS (F4-210)

The service is running and verified by

 /etc/init.d/sftp_service start

and the port is correct, verified by

vi /etc/ssh/sftpd_config

any ideas about what is causing the issue AND why the issue has occurred in the first place?

You can modify a port or restart the SFTP and SSH services.

Sorry, I have the same issue and nothing works. All servers restarted, users checked in all conf files, but cannot access over sftp.
