Hi
I can't access the appdata-directory via the windows explorer (error: not available) but the public-directory is ok.
The weird thing is that both directories have exactly the same options (user rights, etc.).
I have v4.2.13.

Computer command window 》input the command " net use" ( View SMB records)
delete command net use /del \\192.168.x.x
Computer Control Panel 》Credential Management (all these can be searched on Google)

Re: F4-210: Can't access appdata via explorer
net use does not provide a result.
I tried another NB and there I got the same problem. So it does not depend on Windows or the NB/PC - it's a TNAS-problem.

Re: F4-210: Can't access appdata via explorer
I've done both but no difference.
I compared appdata and public in the TNAS-explorer. They have the same options.
The only thing I encountered is a difference in the symbols and I don't know what that means:

Re: F4-210: Can't access appdata via explorer
The default directory of Time Backup is appdata, which leads to the instability of SMB access to appdata.
You can go to Desktop>Backup, cancel the default appdata folder and turn off time backup , then you can access appdata.
We will fix this problem immediately.

Re: F4-210: Can't access appdata via explorer
It's better you dont user Backup.
The Time Machine and appdata folder is enabled automatically. To ensure that you can access Appdata folder again, please disable "TimeMachine" under Backup.
The issue would be fixed in next release of TOS.
