Updated to 4.2.12 - Can't access FTP, WebDav or Web Server

I've updated to 4.2.12 on my F2-210 as it finally brought in HTTPS for Webdav.
I now have far more issues than when I started.

Note: I'm trying to gain remote access on my phone using Foldersync and Solid Explorer apps.

1. FTP setting will not stay 'ticked'. Unchecks itself when I try to apply the setting.
2. I can not access HTTPS Webdav... the main reason i completed the update. I get "Connection Refused"... is this something to do with the security certificate? I've never been able to access any HTTPS related ports for my NAS and I don't know how.
3. The web-server application... I cannot check "enable web server" because when i hit apply, it unchecks and i get the error "setup failed, please check to install()"

My main issue here is not being able to access HTTPS ports, especially the webdav one... but the others are quite annoying too.

2. Can't access NAS on HTTPS 5443 port? (Network 》General)
3. We are fixing the webdav issue.
