Remote Access deactivates itself

Hello,
I have problems with my remote access. Since I've done a restart of my nas the remote access always deactivates itself when trying to activate it. Before it worked. Can anybody help me?

Please advise your TNAS model number and current TOS version in return.

Oh yeah, sorry I forgot. It's a F2-210 with 4.1.28. My F4-421 is working without any problem. And the F2-210 worked until I did a restart.
Just to clarify: I check the box for remote access, enter a name and click the button to save the settings. After a short animation (something like "saving") the window is active again, but the help box doesn't show the link. Choosing ddns and remote access again shows that the option is deactivated again.

When you apply your setting but your tnas.online link does not show up, that means your settings failed.
Try to swtich the server, enable and disable the service again.

Hello,
I already did, also with different aliases. Didn't work.

Well, the service may be stopped by something abnormal and failed to activate, then try to update your TOS to 4.1.29 so that to reset some system configuration.

Oh, I didn't know this was already out. I'll try it. Would a downgrade to 4.1.27 via updatepackage work too?

It worked with 4.1.29. I hope the next reboot will not cause the problem again. Thanks to everyone.

Another thing: I couldn't find information yet: I cannot rename or delete the user "admin". Is there a special reason for that? This creates a preventable risk, since everyone knows about a username. Maybe someone already asked that, so I do not need to create a new thread.

The admin user is a default administrator user, and it could not be modified or deleted.
