Mobile App 2.3.23 problem

Hey there,
I was updating TNAS Mobile App from
2.3.16 to
2.3.23
The new Version (2.3.23, downloaded from inside the app - settings/version information/download ) won't recognize any of my user and i can't log in.
Everytime i try there's the message that my User or Password is incorrect.
If i uninstall the app and install the 2.3.16 (Android Playstore Version) again it works fine.
Please fix it

Good Evening,
Some capital letters, symbols and numbers. I can tell you the symbol is a plus (+)

Thank you for the feedback. We have tested here that password with symbol + would not be accepted by TNAS Mobile 2.3.23.

This issue has been reported to the tech team, I think they will fix it, but I can't tell when. Will keep you updated.

Hey there,
i guess the problem is fixed. I'm not quite sure if my Smartphone was updating your app, but i've done a TOS update too so either of that fixed the issue, the special sign plus (+) is working in my password again.
