How to make TOS site secure?

Post by Rajesh »

When trying https with the TOS site in the local network I get the the "Not Secure" error. But the certificate seems to be valid. How to make the TOS site HTTPS enabled for both locally and as well from DDNS?

On local network, the scenario and IP is different for different user, it is not possible to have a certificate for all IP. So you may not able to have a "secure" respond from your web browser on local network.

Thanks TMRoy, How do I secure if I wanted to access the TOS from Internet. I have DDNS configured so I can access the TOS pages from Internet. Need to know how to secure it.

To secure your ddns remote access, enable the TOS access https port on control panel, input https://your_domain_ddns:https port, for example: https://goodgirl.hidns.org:5443 (default https port is 5443 in TOS)
