Same problem here.

A few details:
Model: f2-210
TOS Version: 4.2.41
Issue:I cannot update the *.tnas.link certificate

I activated the TNAS.online remote access , clicked in *.tnas.link cert but the Update button is disabled (it is enabled when I select terra-master.com).
I tried to switch china server but the button is still disabled.
I tried to reboot the NAS several time.

Is it there a workaround for this? Thank you in advance for your support.

Have you tried to turn off tnas.online and then turn it on again. You can try to enable tnas.online with a different TNAS ID. If this is still the case, you can try to select the update package of TOS 4.2.41 again for an update.

Thank you TMRyan,

I've tried to uncheck and check again the TNAS.online option.
I've jsut tried to change the TNAS ID.
Without success.

I forgot to mention that this is a fresh installation (I installed the system yesterday)I should have the latest version, do you suggest to try the 4.2.41 version?

I have the same "no update" button issue.

I did and upgrade from 4.2 to 5.1 today (started with factory reset) and manually installed 5.1 from a download.

Even though it said it would wipe the data all of the drive data folders were intact. I did have to reinstall the apps and do manual configuration of many settings back to my preferred setup but it appears some components may not have been fully upgraded,

The problem we're having is that the Update button is disabled and cannot be updated.
It looks like an issue in the interface rather than the certificate itself.

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

I am having the same issue as others in the thread. I just got my F4-423 yesterday running on TOS 5.1.33 freshly installed. Finished setting it up and the *.tnas.link cert expired late 2023.

I have been following instructions around the forums, such as the document attached to the guide below:

viewtopic.php?t=4243

But they are either out of date or don't work. i.e. The step to move SSH into the NAS, move the certs comes up with "no file found".

I turned on TNAS.online in remote access, registered fine, and now it is trying to use the *eu.tnas.link cert in the security settings, but that is also expired!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, but as per my previous post, I already have enabled TNAS.online. It updated my certificate to eu.tnas.link but that one is expired also.
