What SFP+ module are you using?

Have you tried forcing the speed instead of auto-negotiating it?

yes when i try forcing on the switch 10gb is not in the list

i have 3* S+RJ // 2.16

the problem was on the wall rj45 cat6a socket i renew the connection and it's ok now
