am having issues getting remote connection to work this includes ddns. I
have tried restarting. enabling and disabling TNAS.ONLINE. Ive tried 100's
of different rent IDS. It simply is refusing to connect. after i click apply it
refuses to change. I am signed in as a user. I have tried guest as well.

Please make sure you have input the correct credential information. To verify your credential, you can try to create DDNS on your router or on other devices.

Even after checking the user it is still refusing to allow me to remote access. When i click apply it flashes the IP of the remote access for a couple seconds then it goes away and refuses to work. I have tried just about everything to get remote access to work but nothing is working.

After enabling TNAS.online, does the ID status show "Registered Successfully"?
