Hello.
I recently purchased a Teramaster F2-210.
The speed of downloading and uploading through the local network is fast.
But with remote access, the speed is very low.
The Theramaster is connected to the Internet at speeds up to 100 Mbps.
I read somewhere that the problem is in the restrictions in service tnas.online - is it really so?
Slow speed with remote access in F2-210
Re: Slow speed with remote access in F2-210
Is the upload and download speed slow when logging in with tnas.online? What is the approximate speed?
Re: Slow speed with remote access in F2-210
Approximately 30-90 KB
The login page itself also takes a long time to load - the background image is loaded in parts, hanging.
If you share a photo of 5 MB - it also opens very slowly - the photo is loaded in parts for a long time opening in fragments.

Re: Slow speed with remote access in F2-210
TNAS.online is a free remote access service provided by TerraMaster. TNAS.online limits the bandwidth of each user. In addition, if access peaks are encountered, the access speed may also be affected. TNAS.online can only meet daily file access. It will take a long time to upload or download large files, and it is not suitable for playing videos online. If you need faster remote access bandwidth, it is recommended that you use DDNS, configure public IP or purchase services from other service providers.

Is there a guide on how to utilize DDNS or how to purchase services that will allow faster remote access?
