Hi,
I restarted my TerraMaster NAS and now I can't access the Web GUI for it.
I was able to access it before restarting my NAS.
My NAS was online for 7 days and wanted to restart it to speed it up.
I can ping the NAS and I can get a reply.
I can view the contents of the Shares via SMB on Windows 10.
I just simply can't view the Web GUI when I try to go to it in my web browser. I have tried in Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge, but still no luck.
No changes were made to anything on the NAS apart from the data stored in the Shares that I have created in the past.
Please could you advise me on what to do next?

You shouldn't lose data in reinstall but that's always a risk. Do you have a PC with explorer mapped to the shares? Can you get to the shares that way? If your PC has a big enough drive or you can attach a big enough drive to the PC then copy the shares before trying anything else. Always have backups.LexMark2100 wrote: ↑23 Feb 2022, 01:16 Hi,

Okay thanks, I'll try backing up my data to an External USB HDD.
I also would like to know if all my Share configurations etc, and all other configurations on my TerraMaster NAS will be lost if I reinstall TOS?

So how can I preserve the configuration before I reinstall TOS?
Can I back up the USB drive that's hidden inside the NAS? I saw it when I was upgrading the RAM from 4GB to 8GB.
