Could the device be accessed still when it goes offline?

No, I completely lose access and is does not show up in TNAS PC until I reboot it. Sustained ping (-t) response shows about 90% packet loss.

Is the fan working properly? Is there any reading or writing to the hard disk without copying, and how high is the CPU and memory footprint? In addition, what type of hard disk and hard disk RAID type are you using?

There are some occasional simultaneous short reads but only one system writing to the NAS when it goes offline.
WD 12TB drives
See attached screenshots for it's stats while just serving those occasional reads. I can't see what it is under write load for more than a couple of minutes before it goes offline.

Notably, sustained writes are fine if I directly attach a USB drive and copy the files to the NAS volume. It's just sustained writes over the ethernet that kills the ethernet.

Can you try to connect the NAS directly to the computer for read and write transmission? Let's see if we have the same problem

Writes via USB are fine it's just when writing across the network that the TNAS NIC drops out. I have five other NAS servers on this network which are working fine.

I did a default reset and restore, that appears to have fixed it.

Nope. That didn't fix it. As soon as I start writing a large file to this one F4-210 the NIC stops responding and a ping -t to the device shows around 80% packet loss. I have to reboot it to get access again.
