Dear all,
Following instructions in TOS Help (Control panel -> Privileges -> User), when I create a user, I cannot establish for him/her a quota. It only appears a check with "No limit" ("Sin límite" in spanish) and no other option. See "nolimitcreation.png".
I have to add that, after creating user, I have also tried to change quota by editing user permissions and quota section appears blank. See "nolimit_edit.png".
I have TOS 4.1.24-2005151013.

Re: Cannot establish quotas
Hi, please be noted only EXT4 file system could set quotas for users. Please check at TOS Control panel - storage manager- storage pool to check the file system information.

Re: Cannot establish quotas
Thanks for the info. I have brtfs. How do I format to ext4?
Re: Cannot establish quotas
So you have to delete your volume and create it again.

Re: Cannot establish quotas
I suppose that. What I need is the procedure. Thanks in advance.
Re: Cannot establish quotas
To change your file system
1. go to Control panel > storage manager > volume;
2. delete all volumes;
3. refresh your web page;
4. follow the page to create a new file system.

Re: Cannot establish quotas
That's what I understood. But my worry is why first time I attached HDD I was not asked about file system. I don't remember, but I believe that I was not given the opportunity to choose. I will save all, do it as you told, and let you know with the result.
