How do I mount it? The drive showed that it's status was good.

When the device is powered on, the volume will be automatically mounted. Please restart the device first. If it is not mounted successfully, you can contact our tech team for assistance.

I'm sure the drive is mounted but the file manager won't let me switch between drive. How do I switch to the 2nd drive?

Unfortunately that still won't let me see the 2nd drive. It will only let me see the first drive.
