It seems that it's not the reason of the device, either the HDD or the system. It's better to backup your data, and format your HDDs and start from scratch to see if it occurs again.

I can’t access my nas and have to delete the hdd’s again. So I can’t use both methodes.

Methode 1 won’t work because I can’t access my Nas.

It succeed to reinstall, but after reinstalling the system I’m not able to acces the NAS anymore
