Initialisation Windows PC, Login does nothing

Post by TheGaffer »

I've just started with a new F4-210, Installed 3 x 2TB drives and started it up. It is attached to my network which is connected to the internet. I have installed the PC application and it finds the TNAS device. I then press Login and absolutely nothing happens. My browser does'nt find it either. Where do I go from here.

Microsoft Edge works fine for me also. But be sure to put :8181 at the end of the IP address, at least for the first time you connect. It's seems strange, but for me, when I connect for the first time from Edge or Firefox, it fails without the :8181 at the end if the IP address, for example 192.168.1.111:8181. I guess TOS uses port 8181 for the connection.
