Cannot get it to work

I installed and initialized it according to the instructions.

I began transferring files, and after a few minutes it lost connection to the network. the device is connected to my router.

Now I am having problems keeping it powered up.

Please advise your TNAS model number and current TOS version in return. Also please offer a detailed description of the current status of LED indicators on the front panel.
