Hello!
When I try to loggin interface show "User Token has expired! Please try again." and I canĀ“t loggin anymore.
I cleared the cache and used different browsers whitout success.
Please help!

Your TOS is very outdated, it is recommended that you reinstall the latest TOS.

Hello.
I have RAID 1.
In this moment I cant login and when I restart the NAS to try to solve the problem I lost the connection.
I saw the Method 2 (If your TOS system encounters a malfunction and cannot work properly) BUT if I reinstall the TOS I will loose my data?
How can I backup my data?

THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED!
Re-install TOS solved.
After read this
viewtopic.php?t=931 I re-install TOS and my data its all OK.
