F4-210 Uninitialized after power outage
F4-210 Uninitialized after power outage
After a power outage, trying to access my F4-210 leads to a setup-wizard, and the device status is uninitialized. I have a Raid 1 array of data on two hard drives that need to be preserved. If I begin an initialization, the drives are recognized, but the storage pool is not. The TNAS seems to see the drives as free space. How do I proceed to restore my system the way it was?

Hi!
It may be that the file system is wrong or the RAID has not been formed successfully, you can contact our technical team to check it remotely.

frankp378 how did you resolve you issue. I am having the same problem.

Same here. I'm stuck in a loop. TOS installs, restarts, then starts at initialization again.

Anyone fix this? I have the same problem. Raid 1 (2x16tb). Woke up today and the TOS goes straight to initalization page. I dont want to lose my data.
