Admin account unaccessible - then can't select Time Zone

Did an update of Plex. Apparently that cause me to lose access to the admin account through the GUI, and I can't get to the login prompt for any other accounts.

Then when I attempt to log in I get the wizard to set up the admin account, but I cannot get past the wizard screen because there are no entries in the Select Time Zone drop down.

All files still appear to be accessible via samba shares.

Any thoughts?

Please clear the browser's cache, refresh the web page and try again.

Unfortunately, there was no change from clearing the cache. Also tried it on another browser with no change.

The system file may be damaged or lost, resulting in the system not being mounted.Is it possible to let our engineer check it remotely?
