I just installed the f4-421. I installed the desktop software. I had to reboot my router to find the unit. When I try to setup, I am given a page asking for password and new ip address. I don't know what the password is. I haven't even gotten to the point of setting up a password . Is there a default password to start things up?

You can try to enter the password : admin, whether your TNAS and the computer are in the same network segment?
