Hello there, I've just purchased two HD (WD Red 4 TB 3.5”), but only one of them has passed the initial check up with "Good" as result.
The other one doesn't complete the process at all (I always show the "check in progress" label), and only after refreshing the webpage I can see the negative quality result.
So these are my questions:
- There is a way to get a better detail of the issue than the negative output?
- May this check up give fake negative results? Or I should contact ASAP the seller for replacing the product?
The test was made on a F2-210 dual-bay NAS and I've tried it more times, swapping the HD at every run.
Thanks in advance!
Mauro.
