F-210 reboot all time

Hello, I have a problem since one week.

The NAS is rebooting all time, I tried to disconnect one hour from electricity, take off the hard drives. But always make the same.

I leave two videos where you can see the reboot and sound that make.

There are a mechanical hard reset to start from zero?

Please advise your TNAS model number and cutrrent TOS version.

My model F2-210 and current TOS version is impossible to say but I sure than not the last.
