F2-221 Application Icons do not appear on the desktop

hello.
My problem may be silly but it is very annoying.

A clean installation of TOS 5, when installing an application only its icon appears if I have the interface in English and not in my native language (Spanish), any solution?

Go to app store, and disable and enable the app you have installed.
