Hi Asgaroth, welcome aboard!

I'd recommend keeping it in Docker if you've got it running there.
My experience with the T-M published apps is that they fall behind latest versions rather quickly (take Netdata for example). As Docker communities are very good at keeping their apps up-to-date, you'll have more current and stable versions, with newer features and fixes.

If you're new to Terra-Master, and new to Docker, I'd suggest these two guides/videos to get a good start:
Log into your TNAS via SSH, username/password are: root/<same as admin password for web ui>
Install Portainer - This is a Synology guide, but works for TNAS.
Set up a macvlan - so that you can have your Docker containers on the same subnet as the rest of your network.
Divert http to https. Update port numbers if you've changed them in the web UI.
