I would like to see all manual download TOS updates and patches signed by Terra-Master, with authoritative hashes (md5, Sha, etc) posted on the forum in the release notification.
I believe it is critical that we be able to verify the provenance of our updates.

That is really great, but for instance P1.10 isn't there so no hash is listed.
It really should be listed in the forum release notes as well.

Which we've discussed in another thread. The patches don't get released to the download center.
There needs to be a comprehensive process from TM which proactively pushes announcements for new releases. If users don't regularly visit this support forum they'll never learn about updates or patches. I registered my product when I installed it. TM has my email.
