if you raise this with plex they will first of all say update to the latest version... which we can't and I have raised this already with both Terramaster and Plex...

Any news on an arm update?

I understand but my one qnap nas is arm and that is running the same version as the x86. I think you should perhaps contact plex.

On our nas 1.22.4392 was released in April. Latest version of plex is actually 1.23.3.4707

Hi Terramaster.. would it be possible to try to speed up the releases of Plex please? we are currently running on a version which is from April. I know there was something mentioned when the vulnerability was found that you were talking with plex about them issuing the updates but has this progresse...

Now there is release Version 1.23.1.4602 today so I think we are now 4 versions behind.

Plex version on Terramaster is very out of date now. Hopefully three will be a new version soon. I found I had a problem once with Plex doing this and it was a problem with the scanning. Try looking at the logs in Plex to see if you have something in your libraries it does not like.

Not the latest then 1.22.3.4523 has been around for a couple of weeks now.

If a new version of Plex is required can it be the latest please??? we are quite far behind again.

it's worse than that.. it resets if you stop or start plex even if you do not reboot.
