TFM Bacup
I hope this is the right section. I tried to use TFM to make a backup from a synchronization folder on the mobile (on the TNAS server) with a folder on the TNAS so that the old synchronized files (photos) are also saved. When I try to carry out the procedure it continually gives me an error. The tas...

Re: TOS 5.0.158 (x.86) is Released for Update
I had to reinstall the system because it was no longer showing me the web interface. But now through smb I see the USB disks inserted but from the TOS file explorer I don't see any USB device, not even the UPS. Before, everything worked fine. What happened?

Re: TOS 5.0.157 (x.86) is Released for Update
From today I can no longer access TOS with this OS version installed. I can access the installed apps (Jellyfin, SyncThing, etc ...) but not the TOS web interface. I tried to reboot and I also got the system warning mail that it had rebooted abnormally so it is running correctly. What can it be? I h...

Re: [ Jellyfin ][ 10.8.1.0 ] The Free Software Media System
Hi, do you know that I noticed that Jellyfin does not start automatically when I restart the NAS? I have to start it myself. Everything else is fine (it seems even smoother than before)

Re: Perplexity
I waited a while before replying as I wanted to try the latest version. In my opinion there have been improvements in the use of resources, good! Now I want to try facial recognition but I think I'm waiting for a moment when the system is not loaded because last time it always gave me high resource ...

1. Most multimedia related applications involve media indexing. The mediaindex program will scan the files in the directory and add them to the media library for use by multiple applications. You can go to Control Panel > Media Index and add the shared folder where the media files are located to th...

Re: Looking for something that will back up photos from Android.
I have a QNAP and Synology too, in my experience Photosynch is superior to the Qnap/Synology apps, I have a pre defined workflow that auto copies photos to NAS, then via Hazel to my Photos app and icloud, . But if you don't want to pay, then you have no option other than to wait for TM to produce a...
