No, other linux system can't load the storage pool built with TRAID or TRAID+, you need to fix the faulty system or load your drives in other TNAS device.

Hard drives and SSDs use S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology) to gauge their own reliability and determine if they're failing. It should be unrelated to other hardware apart from the hard drive itself.
