Can't boot even without installing any hard drives?
There may be missing or damaged files in the USB boot drive or damage to the USB itself. This may solve the problem of startup failure.

Re: After updating to 5.1.123, WebGui cannot be accessed
Perhaps you are talking about how to handle SSDs. If you are using SSD as a cache for a volume, it is recommended that you cancel the cache before reinstalling TOS. If you use the SSD as the system installation location or storage, you need to select "Restore Factory Settings" in the Contr...

Re: D5-300 is glacially slow

Re: Stuck on loading screen after TOS 6 upgrade
Hi, may I ask if you remember the TOS version before the update? Have you confirmed that the TOS version meets the requirements of TOS 5.123 and above before the update? Please observe if the hard drive light is constantly flashing? If it keeps flashing, it is possible that the file system is perfor...

Re: The TerraSync Beta is now released, with Windows and Mac clients!
May I ask if you updated from an older version of TOS5 to TOS6 beta? We have not yet found any feedback from you. You can try clearing the browser cache to eliminate the potential impact of older versions of the UI. If you still cannot find TerraSync, you can consider reinstalling TOS 5.1123. After...

Re: Shared folder mapped to Vol 2 not seen by network devices
This is similar to one of the issues we have recently learned about that is related to SMB, and we are currently working on fixing it.
You can temporarily restart PC/MAC to display the newly created shared folder on the network disk.

Re: Lost access to folders on Volume2!
May I ask what RAID type and hard disks model are the storage pools for your two volumes?
You can go to Control Panel>Shared Folder>Advanced Settings and select Restore to your volume 1 to make its "public" visible.

Additionally, you may consider installing heat sinks on the SSD to reduce temperature. (The thickness of the heat sink cannot exceed 3mm)

Re: TOS 5.1 cannot see SMART data for NVME storage
How did you check the SMART information of NVMe SSD before? You can also view through different methods: Go to Control Panel - Scheduled Task, create a new task(custom), choose to execute as a super administrator user, then enter the following preset instructions: nvme smart-long /devs/sdza >> /Volu...
