Have you set up hibernation settings or automatic tasks?
There is no "synchronization" with a single disk TRAID, because it's one disk. So you're talking about your other hard disks?
What makes you think that? Can you photograph the phenomenon?

I see that your TNAS is F2-221 and TOS was TOS 4.2.40 before you use TOS5.
