Same on most browsers, and my desktop PC does not have this problem using the same browser, but so far I can't find what is different.

Re: File manager task bar corruption.

No it completely browser or PC setting related as when it disappeared for the only time I was using a new laptop, tried all the usual clearing cache, history, turning off antivirus etc but nothing made a difference.

File manager task bar corruption.

Mentioned this a while ago, and it obviously something to do with browser or settings, I had it on three different laptops running different browsers, and recently bought a new laptop and after setting it up the problem disappeared but for the life of me I cannot remember what had caused it (if I ev...

Re: TOS 5.1.34 (X86) is Released for update

Updated from 5.1.33 this caused lots of issues, Raid array re-sync started from what i could see when i got into the web interface, but the device crashes after ~5-10 minutes of this due to 'tcp_recvmsg' function stalling on all CPU cores, same thing every reboot. Currently reinitialising to 5.1.33...

Re: Switching from Synology... questions...

I think you may find it's similar, although I am using an older machine and a variety of drives without problem but have found a couple of the updates made it report that I had two corrupted drives, but all was OK and eventually with other updates the reported errors went away, apparently the newer ...

Re: TOS 5.1.33 (X86) is Released for update

@sianderson Yes I have always thought that the problem is down to bad commands that get overlooked or presumed OK and this just compounds problems, the main problem for me is that although I am willing to learn I do have trouble with getting my head around coding, and I have had a look at the instru...

Re: TOS 5.1.33 (X86) is Released for update

Question about where updates are implemented, since the boot system is stored on the internal USB drive, I would presume all updates get written to the USB drive? So if there is corruption residing somewhere on this then surely it will continue to get further corrupted by subsequent updates which is...
