They really don't care.
I have never seen such poor technical support before.
They also connected to my system (see previously posted screenshots) without resolving anything and without following up.
Inconclusive and embarrassing.

I've had a very similar issue. Stopped, started, rebooted and reinstalled. Nothing working making it a completely unusable app. This appears to be an increasing issue in TOS5... got same issue with a "weird code" appearing instead of the ip address of the nas, as soon as google permission...
