Re: UPS losing connection to TOS
Correction. IP address 2 is the TNAS that has the USB cable from the UPS connected to it.

Re: UPS losing connection to TOS
Please restart the UPS support button and ensure that the filled NAS IP is set to allow connection. I did as you suggested and have included a screenshot. Screenshot 2024-05-14 105336.png Two minutes later I go back to UPS support button and the connection is lost again. Screenshot 2024-05-14 10540...

Re: UPS losing connection to TOS
I am still having this issue which is after I enable the UPS setting in TOS and check it again a few minutes later, the enable check box has changed to unchecked.
Any solutions or settings to try, would be appreciated.

Re: UPS losing connection to TOS
(If I understood you correctly) I would remove the ups 'server' (ie the nas the ups is connected to) from the list of 'permitted devices'. You may have some sort of loop going on. I tried what you suggested, and it didn't work. I turned off the network UPS server and waited a few minutes. Went back...

UPS losing connection to TOS
I bought a Cyber Power CST150UC-FC Battery Backup UPS. I checked and it was not listed on the compatibility list but since I was buying it from Costco, I knew they have a good return policy if it didn't work. Long story short, it didn't work right, so I purchased a different Cyber Power UPS from the...

Abnormal shut down from power failure
The power went off and my two NAS units lost power and when they came back on there was a system message indicating an abnormal shutdown and I should check my data and array for corruption.
Is there a corruption checker software program I should run?
Next, I plan to buying a UPS.

Shows running sluggish
My F4-423 showed a message that it was running sluggish and the CPU meter was at 99%. By the time I took a screenshot, the warning changed to running slow. Screenshot 2024-03-12 124222.png All that was going on with the TNAS, is I was updating my Plex media files. ie: detecting intros and credits. A...
