Correction. IP address 2 is the TNAS that has the USB cable from the UPS connected to it.

Here is a screenshot of the IP addresses for my two TNAS devices: IP address 1 is the TNAS where the USB cable is connected to.

I am still having this issue which is after I enable the UPS setting in TOS and check it again a few minutes later, the enable check box has changed to unchecked.

Any solutions or settings to try, would be appreciated.

(If I understood you correctly) I would remove the ups 'server' (ie the nas the ups is connected to) from the list of 'permitted devices'. You may have some sort of loop going on. The power went off and my two NAS units lost power and when they came back on there was a system message indicating an abnormal shutdown and I should check my data and array for corruption.

Is there a corruption checker software program I should run?
