I discovered by accident that TOS's volumes configured with 5% reserved space for root (common thing on linux).

On large volumes there is a significant loss of free space.
Vendor should respond with solution.

Yes, TNAS is unable to add hyperv device. WinRM, firewall and security groups configured correctly.
It says "device already exists" when i press "confirm" but there is no such device.

TRAID over 2 drives of same capacity means that those drives assembled as RAID1 (mirroring) redundancy group. So the resulting capacity of storage pool equals capacity of single drive, not both drives.

The application worked after reboot
