Would anyone have any idea how else to fix this? I tried reinstalling the OS that worked for OP but no luck on my end. I basically had the same problem as OP did. I tried: -resetting the router -installing a new router -switching out Ethernet cables -updating TOS -reinstalled/uninstalled Plex Media ...
