Add new drive stuck in JBOD

Added 14 TB to 3x 4 TB, I turned if off and on to realize it is in JBOD.
Now I've set it up again and its split the new drive into a new volume.
How can I merge to only have 1 volume and back into RAID?

Nothing has changed with Plex
uTorrent now says all files but two are missing when it was 100% and all content is in folder
