Needs not sure how to tell the software version as I can’t get access to the thing anymore as it is completely under ransomware. I can look at the directory but I can not get any software running obviously.

Hi So it seems you have had a software exploit. I went to log on to my NAS for first time in a very long time to see that it was encrypted by ransomware since FEB 10th 2023. Problem I have is all this on the drives are my family pics dating back to 2000. That's 20 years of pictures now accessibly to...
