May I ask if these two NVME are RAID 1 arrays? If not, what arrays are they grouped separately?

Do you mean you want to reinstall TOS 5 on the old device 221? It can be installed, but it should be noted that higher versions of TOS5 require a new partition format. If you are certain that it is a device malfunction and there is no problem with the hard drive, as the new and old devices are of the same model, insert the three hard drives used on the old device into the new device and turn it on to use.

Can you describe in detail the problem you are experiencing？Our TOS system does not have this file or folder under that path.

What is the system version and app version please?
If you are using TerraPhoto version 2.0, you need to rebuild the index once before you can use it properly.
You can also check if it works after restarting the app and after restarting the media indexing service.
