as you can see I am trying to troubleshoot as much as possible

1) I used another router
2) I used another PC
3) I tried hardwired/10gb and also a different port 1gb
4) I tried wireless

all attempts are having the same issue

also I ping the device "ping -t 192.168.0.104 so it will continue pinging after 4 attempts, then I shut down the F5-422 and the ping stops, I did this to test and see if there was another device trying to use the ip. but there is not. I see the F5 in my network neighbourhood but when I click it...

I followed the instructions you supplied, nothing has changed, the one difference that I noticed is in a port scan the device shows up as follows but it never did before, what did the firmware change ?
