(Access denied !) - you need to login on TOS with an admin role account

any idea of what's going on here?

Hi everybody.
I'm trying to install the last TOS 6 version on my F2-423 nas but when I go to System update no new version of TOS 6 is detected for automatic install on the nas. My current TOS version is 5.1.67 and the BIOS/initBoot version is 5.19

Hi every body.

I've installed the Terramaster mobile app on my tablet and phone ( android ) and neither the tablet neither the mobile can detect the nas. They all are on the same lan. I already tray to connect both manually but it didn't work.
Any ideas of what is happening?

I've just bought this memory Crucial RAM 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 (o 2933MHz o 2666MHz) CT16G4SFRA32A and works fine on F2-423. I installed the memory in an brand new device and did a clean installation of TOS without problem.
