Re: [Help] TOS7 Apps Data Location Behaviour - Possible Bug
I did indeed delete the config files. If you think it helps your'e of course welcome to access my system but I'm fairly sure at this point is a TOS package deployment issue for Emby (not tested Jellyfin yet) , shall I mail tech support with my logon details and this forum link like last time?

Re: [Help] TOS7 Apps Data Location Behaviour - Possible Bug
Thank you for testing. I performed a fresh verification on my F6-424. Before installing Emby I removed: the Emby shared folder the Emby user the package cache all remaining Emby files I then rebooted the NAS and installed only the official App Center package with the application installation locatio...

Re: [Help] TOS7 Apps Data Location Behaviour - Possible Bug
Just as an add on as Plex has consistently worked through the upgrade I've compared this with the official Plex package supplied through App Center. Plex is also installed to Pool 2, however both its application binaries and application data are created on Pool 2: /Volume2/@apps/plex /Volume2/Plex w...

Re: [Help] TOS7 Apps Data Location Behaviour - Possible Bug
Thank you, that makes sense. I believe this explains the behaviour I observed. Since the Emby launcher currently calls ter_share_add -name "Emby" without specifying -device, the helper defaults to /Volume1. If App Center already knows the application is installed on Pool 2, would it be pos...

Re: [Help] TOS7 Apps Data Location Behaviour - Possible Bug
Thank you for the clarification. I appreciate that Emby is a third-party application. However, the TerraMaster package appears to determine the program data location via the ter_share_add -name "Emby" helper, which on my system returns /Volume1/Emby despite App Center being configured to i...

[Help] TOS7 Apps Data Location Behaviour - Possible Bug
I've noticed what may be a bug, or at least unexpected behaviour, with the Emby package under TOS7. System NAS: F6-424 TOS version: latest TOS7 release Emby package: official TerraMaster App Center version (4.9.0.70) Storage pools: Pool 1 = HDD RAID array (/Volume1) Pool 2 = NVMe SSD pool (/Volume2)...

Re: [Help] URGENT BUG - TOS7 Not Recognising TRAID on D5-300C After Reboot [SOLVED]
I ran: /etc/tos/scripts/mntdata (as requested via email) after rebooting into the "corrupted" state. Before running mntdata: md2 absent vg1 absent Volume3 absent The script reported: Detected 5 USB devices, waiting for stable... No new USB devices for 2 consecutive checks USB devices stabl...

Re: [Help] URGENT BUG - TOS7 Not Recognising TRAID on D5-300C After Reboot [SOLVED]
correct storage pool (the TRAID) 2 is on the D5-300C and Storage Pool 1 is on the F4-423. The F4-423 storage pool is fine , the pool on the D5-300C shows as corrupted , I let it repair , it works fine , then after a reboot it shows as corrupted again. I've already sent a report and a Terramaster eng...
