ClamAV will not enable real time protection, it says operation failed, I hope terra-master can reach out to them and get them to fix the app..

downloaded from community site installed and when enabling it fails.

The problem is that they are slow on software, its one of the only downsides of Terramaster

Its been like this since I bought my NAS.

Love the new TNAS PC app syncing with terrasync server. I have over 100k files to sync with the NAS now lol, only wish it would work in the background on my laptop when the screen locks, I could then leave it powered on over night to complete its task.. :) Other than that its running great.. thank y...

I have no idea what is happening when I try to access SMB storage from any windows PC (File Explorer). It gives me an error. multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one username, are not allowed. Any Idea how I get around this as I always use the same us...

I love my little terra master NAS, the only thing that lets it down is the apps available for it.

It makes me wonder how many software developers are working on the apps for it? The speed that the apps are getting developed is almost a crawl speed

I can not download any app's, I think the IP address may have been blocked by my IPS/IDS
what IP addresses do terraMaster use so I can whitelist?
Also do i need to port forward any ports?

I wish they would let us know what they are working on.
